目的探讨联苯双酯在抗痨药物性肝损害治疗中的疗效和应用价值。方法选用济宁市结核病防治所2011年1月至2014年12月门诊治疗的169例初治结核病患者,按单用联苯双酯、单用甘草酸二胺及联苯双酯、甘草酸二胺两药合用(简称“甘联合用”)分为三组。所有患者均采用标准化疗方案治疗,并进行统计学分析。结果肝功能异常治疗7d及14d,单用联苯双酯组有效率分别为59.38%、68.75%,单用甘草酸二胺组有效率分别为53.33%、63.33%,甘联合用组有效率分别为93.33%、96.67%;肝功能轻度损害治疗7d及14d,单用联苯双酯组有效率分别为24.00%、60.00%,单用甘草酸二胺组有效率分别为22.73%、54.55%,甘联合用组有效率分别为60.00%、90.00%。单用联苯双酯组与单用甘草酸二胺组治疗肝功能异常和肝功能轻度损害7d及14d治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单用联苯双酯组和单用甘草酸二胺组与甘联合用组治疗肝功能异常和肝功能轻度损害7d及14d治疗有效率比效,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论治疗肝功能异常及肝功能轻度损害单用联苯双酯与甘草酸二胺疗效相当,甘联合用时效果更好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and application value of bifendate in anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver damage. Methods A total of 169 newly diagnosed tuberculosis patients treated by Jining TB Hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were treated with bifendate alone, glycyrrhizin alone and bifendate, Two drugs combined (referred to as “Gan combined with”) divided into three groups. All patients were treated with standard chemotherapy and were analyzed statistically. Results The effective rates of single use of bifendate were respectively 59.38% and 68.75% on the 7th and 14th days after treatment of liver dysfunction. The effective rates were 53.33% and 63.33% 93.33% and 96.67% respectively. The effective rates of mild liver damage for 7 days and 14 days were 24.00% and 60.00% respectively for monotherapy with bifendate alone and 22.73% and 54.55% , Gan Gan combination group were 60.00%, 90.00%. There was no significant difference in the treatment effective rate between the single bifendate group and the single glycyrrhizic acid group in the treatment of liver dysfunction and mild damage of liver function for 7d and 14d (P> 0.05). Compared with the combined effect of single use of bifendate group and single glycyrrhizin group and Gan combined treatment group, the effective rates of liver dysfunction and slight damage of liver function for 7d and 14d were statistically significant (P <0.01) . Conclusion The treatment of liver dysfunction and mild liver damage single use of bifendate and glycyrrhizic acid diamine quite effective, Gan combined effect is better.
