输尿管囊肿系输尿管口梗阻所致的输尿管下端囊状扩张,多为先天性,常见于儿童,成人罕见。文中报告20例,其中男11例,女9例。年龄18～60岁,平均34岁。双侧性囊肿5例,左侧11例,右侧4例。常见症状为膀胱刺激症、脓尿,血尿、腰痛,排尿困难及尿线中断等。尿道口球状囊性肿物是多数女性患者(5/9)的重要体征,囊肿表面光滑有细小血管,能自行退缩回膀胱。在膀胱镜下全部患者均能见到输尿管口部位
Ureteral cyst ureteral obstruction caused by lower ureteral cystic dilatation, mostly congenital, common in children, adults rare. Reported in the article 20 cases, including 11 males and 9 females. Age 18 to 60 years old, average 34 years old. 5 cases of bilateral cysts, left in 11 cases, right in 4 cases. Common symptoms of bladder irritation, pyuria, hematuria, back pain, urinary difficulties and urinary interruption.
