我院自1973年至1980年间,共治疗输尿管手术误伤7例,现报告如下.(一)临床资料本组7例均系女性,20岁以下(13岁)1例,30～50岁6例,均发生在妇科及肿瘤科手术.7例中共误伤9侧,计左侧2例,右侧3例,两侧2例.误伤情况及处理经过见附表.(二)讨论 1.输尿管误伤的原因:(1)输尿管位于躯干深部,呈细管状,易移动.在子宫切除及盆腔内复杂手术时,术野出血,特别在宫颈侧方子宫动脉处出血,最易钳
