重视法度是宋代的书学思想的一个重要方面。其“重法”书学思想主要体现在:看重学力;重视楷书的学习;并且将“法”作为评骘书法优劣的一个重要标准。宋人“重法”的书学思想,既是宋代书法理论的主要内容,又贯穿于宋代的书法实践中,并对后世书学思想产生了深远的影响。
Emphasis on the degree of law is an important aspect of the book writing in the Song Dynasty. Its “heavy law ” book thinking mainly embodied in: emphasis on academic ability; emphasis on regular script learning; and “law ” as an important criterion for evaluating the pros and cons of calligraphy. Song ’s thought of “heavy law ” is not only the main content of the calligraphy theory in the Song Dynasty, but also runs through the practice of calligraphy in the Song Dynasty and has a far-reaching impact on future calligraphy thoughts.
