我们自１９９８年初开展经颈动脉穿刺灌注化疗药物治疗脑转移癌，治疗１２例取得了较满意的疗效，现报告如下：１ 临床资料１１ 一般资料：男７例，女５例。年龄４４岁～７０岁。其中肾癌脑转移１例，卵巢癌脑转移１例，食道癌术后脑转移１例，鼻咽癌脑转移１例，其余８例
