One of the outstanding contributions made by the 15th National Congress of the CPC is to establish Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guiding ideology of the whole party and call on all the people throughout the country and the people throughout the country to hold aloft the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and to rise to a new upsurge in the study of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and especially Deng Xiaoping Theory .
