苹果新品种沂水红是苹果品种长富2号芽变。果实圆形,平均单果重249.1 g;果实浓红色,色相片红;果肉黄白色,肉质细、硬脆,汁液多,甜酸适度,香气浓,品质上等;可溶性固形物含量16.00%,可溶性糖含量13.50%,可滴定酸含量0.61%,维生素C含量19.50 mg/kg,去皮硬度8.80 kg/cm2,果实耐贮性与长富2号相同;在山东省沂水县,果实10月20日左右成熟。2012年12月通过山东省林木品种审定委员会审定。
