我矿选厂采用三段开路破碎流程。中、细碎装φ2.1米圆锥破碎机三台。1978年检修时,经解体检测发现机身与支承套,机身与碗形轴承座等装配部位磨损严重,影响安全使用。为此我们完善了革新成功的机身修复专用工具,同时还制成机身弹簧螺杆孔专用搪削工具,进行了检修。一、机身与碗形轴承座配合部位的修复。如图1所示。原图公差为φ1500~(+0.11)毫米。解体检测时已达φ1501.9毫米。止口已由100毫米磨损至97.5毫米。先扩孔,“C”平面稍
