狂犬病仍是发展中国家的主要传染病,目前尚无有效的治疗方法,因此,预防狂犬病显得更加重要。本文针对狂犬病的暴露前和暴露后预防,对所用疫苗和其他生物制品的特点、肌肉注射和皮内注射的优缺点、使用条件、注意事项以及适应证和禁忌证等作了介绍。此外还介绍了 WHO 推荐的8部位皮内接种法和2部位皮内接种法。
Rabies remains a major infectious disease in developing countries and there is currently no effective treatment. Therefore, prevention of rabies is even more important. This article describes the pre-exposure and post-exposure prophylaxis of rabies, the characteristics of vaccines and other biological products used, the advantages and disadvantages of intramuscular and intradermal injections, conditions of use, precautions, indications and contraindications. In addition, 8 intradermal inoculation methods and 2 intradermal inoculation methods recommended by the WHO are also introduced.
