心得安是临床常用药物。曾有报道,服心得安、特别是首次小剂量服用后引起休克、甚至死亡者。我们遇2例经抢救成功,现予报道。例1 男,67岁。因陈发性胸闷,憋气10年,加重伴咳嗽10天,于1987年12月25日收住院。临床诊断:冠心病、心律失常、充血性心力衰竭。静注0.2mg 西地兰1次,口服狱高辛0.125mg/d,7天后临床症状好转。为治疗频发书早,于1988年1月2日中午开始服用心得安(10mg,3次/日),至1月4日晨(其服心得安5片),患者感极度呼
