The orthogonal design method was used to study the extraction technology conditions of high-activity dietary fiber of Acanthopanax chinensis. The optimum conditions for the treatment and bleaching of Acanthopanax chinensis were screened and the high-activity dietary fiber of Acanthopanax chinensis was extracted.
