河北国华黄骅发电厂烟气脱硫工程为2×600MW机组的配套工程,该工程由国华荏原环境工程公司实施总承包,与主机组同时设计、同时施工,特别是2台脱硫装置与主机组实现了真正意义上的同步投运,在华北地区首次实现环保工程的“三同时”。由于采用正确的工程管理模式,对遇到的各种问题采取了恰当的对策,在工期不断提前条件下,仍能使工程施工质量优良。
