近年来,随着工资制度的改革,青年教师与中老年教师收入差距拉大,教师队伍的稳定出现了很多新情况。农村中学青年教师流失数量呈逐年上升趋势。一些教师爱岗敬业的精神荡然无存,更不用说艰苦创业。分配给他们的一些临时任务,事无大小,开口闭口讲报酬、讲效益。一些青年教师更是不安心搞教学,课余时间打球打牌消磨时光。课外搞教研的现象甚是罕见。这些现象有损于教师形象,不利于良好教风的形成。
In recent years, with the reform of the wage system, the income gap between young teachers and middle-aged teachers has widened. There have been many new developments in the stability of the teaching staff. The number of young teachers in rural middle schools has been increasing year by year.
