探讨了高氯酸羟胺对铝合金的腐蚀机理。比较了等离子喷涂陶瓷层与微弧氧化陶瓷层的多种性能,对陶瓷层进行表面静电喷涂聚乙烯封闭。结果表明:微弧氧化技术制备的铝合金陶瓷层的性能较好;静电喷涂聚乙烯封闭后微弧氧化膜层耐高氯酸羟胺腐蚀性好。
The mechanism of corrosion of aluminum alloy by hydroxylamine perchlorate was discussed. The properties of plasma sprayed ceramic coating and MAO coating were compared, and the surface of the ceramic coating was electrostatic sprayed with polyethylene. The results show that the performance of the ceramic coating prepared by micro-arc oxidation is better. The corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation coating is better than that of the hydroxylamine perchlorate coated by the electrostatic spraying polyethylene.
