采用不同加工工艺(轧制和锻造)对自炼含Cr重轨钢进行加工,随后使用周期浸润腐蚀实验结合电化学方法研究了模拟工业大气环境下重轨钢的腐蚀行为。结果表明,经轧制处理的含Cr重轨钢的耐腐蚀性明显比经锻造处理的高;含Cr重轨钢经轧制处理后能促进保护性锈层增加,提高了锈层阻止侵蚀性介质穿透的能力。另外,轧制处理可提高重轨钢的耐工业性大气腐蚀性。
The self-refining Cr-containing heavy rail steel was processed by different processing technologies (rolling and forging). Then the corrosion behavior of heavy rail steel under simulated industrial atmosphere was studied by using cyclic immersion corrosion test combined with electrochemical method. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the Cr-containing heavy rail steel after rolling is obviously higher than that of the forged steel. The Cr-containing heavy rail steel can promote the increase of the protective rust layer and improve the corrosion resistance of the rust layer The ability of the medium to penetrate. In addition, the rolling process can improve the industrial heavy-rail steel atmospheric corrosion.
