According to the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution” and its implementation rules, after the study, the plan for demarcating the surface water source protection zones for drinking water in eight counties including Mingxi County is hereby approved as follows: 1. Luo Cui, Mingxi County Reservoir water conservation area (1) The scope of the first-grade protection area: the water area of the Luo Cui reservoir area and its coastal extension to the ring land and 50 meters outside the land area.
