档案事业的发展依赖于档案工作队伍建设,而档案工作队伍建设首先是档案工作者自身素质的提高。因此,提高档案工作人员素质,是档案岗位培训的首要任务。为了尽快改变目前这种状况,提高档案工作人员素质,培养出跨世纪档案专业人才,岗位培训应注意以下几个问题:第一,岗位培训应注意思想教育。几年来,岗位培训取得的成绩是有目共睹的。但是,随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的繁荣发展,人们思想观念发生根本性的变化,一些人把捞钱多少作为衡量人生价值的标准,不少人先后调离了档案工作岗位。这一事实充分说明了思想工作没有跟上形势发展的需要,虽然岗位培训注重了业务培训,但是放松了思想教育,
