Corporate innovation is divided into technological innovation and institutional innovation. Technological innovation is the direct source of profits. Institutional innovation affects technology innovation by redistributing profits. Whether it is technological innovation or institutional innovation, it will affect the market competitiveness of the company’s products. This article believes that whether an enterprise can develop depends on its innovation system. A perfect innovation system should include “appropriate division of labor.”
