在烧伤抗感染治疗中,实验室提供的血液细菌培养指标往往难以及时表达血液中细菌数量与抗生素应用后的变化。1993年开始我科应用美国 Bradford 公司制造的 VPM(Variable projection medical microscopysystem)型多功能光导显微镜系统,利用其独特性能对46例较大面积烧伤病人早期外周血中细菌数量及其动态变化进行观察。同时与实验室血液培养、创面细菌培养、痂下组织菌量测定三项指标同步进行相关性比较,探讨外周血细菌计数在感染治疗中的应用价值。
In the treatment of burn-resistant infections, it is often difficult for the laboratory to provide indicators of bacterial culture of the blood in time to express changes in the number of bacteria in the blood and the application of antibiotics. Since 1993, our department has applied the VPM (Multi-functional Light-guiding Microscopy System) VPM (VPM) made by the United States Brad Bradley Co., Ltd. to observe the bacteria quantity and its dynamic changes in 46 peripheral blood samples from 46 patients with large area burn patients. At the same time with the laboratory blood culture, wound bacterial culture, scab tissue volume determination of three indicators simultaneously compared to explore the peripheral blood bacterial count in the treatment of infection.
