Objective: To detect the levels of calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper in the terminal blood of preschool children and provide a scientific basis for preventing the disease. Methods: MP-2 type dissolution assay was used. Results: The proportions of various elements were normal. There were no significant differences in the constituent ratios of calcium, iron, zinc and copper between children aged 2, 2 to 5, and 5 years old (P> 0.05) There were significant differences in the composition of children between the age groups,> 5 years old and ≤5 years old group difference was statistically significant, magnesium deficiency rate is high. Conclusion: Nutrients calcium, iron, zinc and copper are well distributed in preschool children. The deficiency of magnesium in pre-school children accounts for a certain proportion. The body may have long-term magnesium deficiency without hypomagnesemia. It is suggested that nutrients Of the tests included in pre-school children’s health routine examination items.
