江西省第二建筑工程公司是创建于1954年的国家一级施工企业,也是江西建工集团唯一的江西出资监管的28家重点企业之一,2009年底整体改制,成功转型。本文试结合江西二建的实践,从大型国有施工企业转型后如何创新发展模式与战略控制,促进规范法人治理结构,实现企业管理再造与内涵发展等方面进行探讨。
Jiangxi No.2 Construction Engineering Company is a state-level construction enterprise founded in 1954 and one of the 28 key enterprises invested by Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group under the supervision of Jiangxi Construction Industry Group. At the end of 2009, it was reorganized as a whole and successfully transformed. This paper tries to explore how to innovate the development mode and strategic control after the transformation of large state-owned construction enterprises, to promote the standardization of corporate governance structure, to realize the reengineering and connotation development of enterprises.
