海洋气象资料编码转换初探

由于历史的原因,我国海洋气象要素的观测规范与世界其他国家的不尽相同,致使国外难以直接使用我国的观测资料。目前,国际海洋资料交换在我国已提到议事日程,将我国海洋气象资料的磁带记录编码向世界气象组织的电码转换,已成为一项迫切的工作任务。本文试图对这种编码转换作一初步探讨,拟与大家共同商榷。

Due to historical reasons, the observation norms of marine meteorological elements in China are different from those in other countries in the world, which makes it difficult for foreign countries to directly use the observed data in our country. At present, the exchange of international maritime data has already referred to the agenda in our country. It has become an urgent task to change the code of magnetic recording of marine meteorological data into the code of the World Meteorological Organization. This article attempts to make a preliminary discussion of this code conversion, to be discussed with everyone.
