海域水文气象条件环境描述中,有一项很重要的指标,就是某些水文气象要素的“极限环境条件”。显然,这是指海洋环境要素中的“相对极限条件”─—某些水文气象要素的几十年一迂或数百年一迂的指标量。在有关的海洋开发工程设计中,对这些指标非常重视,它对海洋工程结构尺度及材料强度的影响很大。 最近,在我们的一项技术论证工作中,涉及到长江口外及杭州湾地区有关水文气象资料的环境描述及某些要素的“极限环境条件”指标,由于时间紧且不可能每项计算工作都由原始资料做起,关于风暴潮的数据,我们直接引用了您刊1984年第1期中“我国部分测站台风潮重现期的计算”一文中所提供的资料作为论证基础,取得了实效。
