眼球摘除术后不放眶内植入物可造成上眶区和上睑凹陷等并发症,若放置的植入体不适当则可发生植入体的外露脱出。我们根据碳纤维的特性以及在医学上的应用经验,自1987年以来,在眼球摘除的同时用自体巩膜碳纤维眼座植入眶内共32例,取得较好的效果,报告如下:临床资料对象:本组32例,其中男18例,女14例,均为单眼,年龄最小3岁,最大54岁。原发病为角膜葡萄肿9例,眼球萎缩10例,葡萄膜炎继发性青光眼4例,眼球内容炎、角膜全溃疡穿孔各3例,眼球破裂伤2例,1例
Orbital implant without enucleation after enucleation may result in complications such as supraorbital area and upper eyelid depression, which may occur if the implant is placed inappropriately. According to the characteristics of carbon fiber and its application in medicine, we have performed 32 cases of orbital implantation of autoscleral carbon fiber ophthalmoscope since 1987 with good enucleation. The clinical data of this study were as follows: The group of 32 patients, 18 males and 14 females, are monocular, the youngest 3 years old, maximum 54 years old. The primary disease was corneal staphyloma in 9 cases, 10 cases of atrophy of the eye, 4 cases of secondary glaucoma in uveitis, 3 cases of ocular contents inflammation, 3 cases of corneal ulcer perforation, 2 cases of ocular rupture and 1 case
