患者女36岁病案号270349 于80年患扁桃体炎后,长期低热,头晕、乏力。81年在外院诊断为大动脉炎,给予强的松治疗,热退,但仍感头晕、乏力。87年6月25日在外院行右股动脉造影,证实为无脉病。同年7月28日行胸骨劈开探查,术中见左右锁骨下动脉、左颈总动脉完全阻塞。行动脉搭桥术(无名动脉一左右锁骨下动脉,右颈总动脉),手术成功。90年4月先后发现双眼瞳变白。于91年1月29日以双眼并发性白内障收入院。四肢皮温凉,双侧桡动脉和右足背动脉搏动消失,血压测不到,左腘动脉压28/10kpa(210/75mmHg)。面色灰白,鼻背塌陷。鼻腔呼出气体奇臭。鼻腔见大量紫黑色干痂,清去干痂后,见下鼻甲萎缩,鼻中隔见—2.5×2.5cm 穿孔。左颈动脉搏动消失,右颈部触及震颤,右颈动脉及锁骨上
