采用中心复合试验研究采场温度、灰砂质量比和固相质量分数对高寒矿山充填料浆的强度特性和流动特性影响规律.利用多项式近似隐式极限状态方程,建立充填体强度、充填料浆坍落度和充填材料成本响应面回归模型.以回归模型响应值的满意度为输入,使用加权几何平均算法求得料浆充填性能整体满意度,采用基于整体满意度准则的非线性多目标优化技术对充填配比参数进行优化,得到高寒矿山不同采场温度范围下最佳灰砂质量比及充填料浆输送浓度.结果表明:采场温度低于5℃时,固相质量分数70%、灰砂质量比1:6的料浆整体满意度可达0.4~0.5,满足低温充填要求,且整体满意度随温度变化较小;当采场温度增至5℃之上时,温度提高充填性能整体满意度迅速增大,固相质量分数65%、灰砂质量比1:6的料浆满意度增大最快.
