作者报道了1例膝关节成形术后引起的骶丛神经病和坐骨神经病。 患者,女性,46岁。双膝类风湿性关节炎伴退行性改变,右膝关节屈曲挛缩90°,左膝关节屈曲挛缩75°,行双侧膝关节成形术。术后出现双膝关节以下无力伴痛觉减退,腰MRI未见异常。给予阿米替林、曲马多、氢可酮、对乙酰氨基酚等药物治疗后双下肢感觉障碍减轻,但仍有无力。转康复病房,给予运动锻炼、适应设备和矫形器等功能康复治疗。1.5月后出院时可行走200步,但仍有神经功能缺失。2月后电生理检查提示
