当前,在全球经济一体化、信息化飞速发展及国际金融后危机时代大环境下,中国建筑业只有转变发展方式才能抓住机遇迎接挑战。对此,中国建筑业协会秘书长吴涛以深化工程项目管理内涵为切入点,认为促进建筑业发展方式转变与企业转型升级,重在提升“一个理论”、明确“两个竞争”、坚持“三个提升”、把握“四个走向”、实现“五个转型”。本刊择其要点,在11、12期连续刊发,以期对行业发展有所裨益。
