HI钢帘线具有较高的延伸率、良好的抗冲击能力和较好的橡胶渗透性能,要保持HI钢帘线较高的破断伸长率和抗冲击能力,帘线钢丝预变形方式尤为重要。以生产5×0.30HI钢帘线为例探讨其生产工艺。拉拔半成品钢丝总压缩率为95.5%~97.5%,捻制时工艺设计采用一步成型和两步成型2种工艺流程。采用一步法生产5×0.30HI钢帘线,占用设备少,单机产量高,对能源的消耗少;采用两步法生产5×0.30HI钢帘线,其直径公差、破断力和破断伸长率等性能均优于一步成型,钢帘线保持较高的破断伸长率,且具有明显的稳定性,同时操作及维护简单,但生产成本高。
