教师应更新教育观念,树立“全面发展,人人成才”的观念,让学生自主管理,自觉成长成才。坚持德育为先,能力为重,使学生自主管理这一教育思路顺应素质教育改革与发展的潮流,更贴近学校管理的要求和学生全面发展。学校通过一年的实践,搭建学生“自主分层管理”的平台,提供给学生自我展示、实现人生价值的生活舞台。让更多的学生从自我管理、自觉成长的实践中锻炼,尽快成长成熟。
Teachers should update their educational concepts and establish the concept of “developing all-roundly for all” to enable students to manage themselves and grow up consciously.
