目的:为预防神经瘤形成,治疗神经瘤性残端痛提供一种新的有效的方法。方法:利用SD大白鼠30只进行动物实验,在显微镜下,神经残端与肌腱端端吻合。结果:通过光学显微镜及大体观察,用神经与肌腱吻合,吻合口没有神经瘤形成。结论:神经肌腱吻合可以使再生的神经纤维沿着腱纤维间隙生长,能防止神经瘤的形成,达到治疗神经瘤性残端痛的目的,建议在临床上应用。
Objective: To provide a new and effective method for the prevention of neuroma formation and the treatment of neuroma. METHODS: Thirty SD rats were used for animal experiments. Under the microscope, the nerve stump was anastomosed with the tendon end. RESULTS: Through an optical microscope and gross observation, anastomosis was achieved with nerves and tendons, and there was no neuroma formation at the anastomosis. Conclusion: The neuromuscular anastomosis can make the regenerated nerve fibers grow along the space of the fibroblasts, which can prevent the formation of neuroma and achieve the purpose of treating neuroma’s residual stump pain. It is recommended that it be applied in clinical practice.
