2011年,课题组启动了国家社会科学基金青年项目“联合虚拟参考咨询系统的知识库研究”。2012年,课题组发表了《联合虚拟参考咨询系统知识库的发展现状与趋势》、《上海图书馆联合虚拟参考咨询知识库答案格式规范的研究》、《联合虚拟参考咨询中的自动问答系统设计与实现》、《语义查询扩展在虚拟参考咨询知识库中的应用——以上海图书馆为例》等一组文章,在围绕参考咨询知识库开展研究
In 2011, the research group launched the National Social Science Fund Youth Project “Research on Knowledge Base of Joint Virtual Reference System”. In 2012, the research team published “Development Status and Trend of Joint Virtual Reference System Knowledge Base”, “Shanghai Library Joint Virtual Reference Knowledge Base Answer Format Specification Research”, “Joint Virtual Reference System Design of Automatic Question Answering System And Implementation ”,“ Application of Semantic Query Expansion in Virtual Reference Database - A Case Study of Shanghai Library ”and other articles, and research is carried out around the reference database
