郭传金,男,中共党员,大学本科学历,1984年参加工作,1999年任太和镇第二小学校长,先后评为射洪县“十大杰出青年”、遂宁市首批拔尖人才、遂宁市优秀人才示范岗、四川省特级教师、四川省优秀校长。郭传金同志从教20余年来,始终以满腔热忱投入到工作中。他经历了从一名普通教师到特级教师的成长过程,以自己的智慧和汗水为基础教育改革作出了突出贡献。特别是任职校长以来,他以学校的发展为第一要务,用前瞻的眼光和创新的思维引领学校快速发展。他坚持以“人”为核心,以“人”为根本,有力地凝聚人,有效地鼓舞人,有为地培养人,最终成就了他人、发展了学校、提升了自己,让自己逐步成长为一名有思想、有建树的优秀校长。
