随着国民经济形势的全面好转,一个工、农业生产新高潮即将到来。客观形势的发展,对公路建设和公路养护工作的要求越来越高。为了使公路更好地为工、农业生产、国防运输和人民生活服务,不仅要进一步管好养好现有公路,还要根据需要有计划的修建一些公路新线。摆在我们面前的任务是十分艰巨的。为此,我们必须在已有成绩的基础上,继续前进,发扬自立更生、奋发图强、艰苦奋斗、勤俭建国的精神,深入地开展比学赶帮运动,促进公路事业的不断发展。
