近年来,我国民营经济发展迅速,数量逐步增多,规模逐步加大,占经济总量的比重也逐步提高,对于推进市场经济发展、促进产业结构调整发挥了重要的作用。可以预见,随着中国加入WTO,在不久的将来,民营经济将会成为我国国民经济的主力军。但要保证民营经济的快速健康发展,必须正确认识当前民营经济的一些弊端和问题,营造一个良性循环的竞争发展环境,其中,诚信纳税秩序的构建是重中之重。为此,在税收宣传月之际,本刊记者专访了日照市民营经济的龙头企业——日照三木木业股份有限公司的董事长杨宝友(以下简称杨)。
