目的:优化甘草黄酮阿魏酸乳膏配方,建立乳膏质量控制参数。方法:采用反射线直角单纯形法,考察乳膏伸展性及稳定性,优化乳化剂卖泽52单-硬脂酸甘油酯及透皮促进剂二甲基硅油配方用量。结果:配方中卖泽52单-硬脂酸甘油酯(3∶2)为9.0%,二甲基硅油为2.5%,乳膏稳定,伸展性符合半流体乳膏特性。结论:该乳膏配方合理,质量稳定。反射线直角单纯形法配方试验设计,方法简单、适用,适合乳膏剂配方优化。
Objective: To optimize the formulation of licorice flavonoids ferulic acid cream and establish the quality control parameters of the cream. Methods: By using the simplex method of reflection line, the extensibility and stability of the cream were investigated, and the dosage of emulsifier Sesame 52 - glycerol monostearate and the penetration enhancer dimethylsilicone oil were optimized. Results: The formula of Sekisuiwa 52 - stearic acid glyceride (3: 2) was 9.0%, dimethicone was 2.5%, the cream was stable and the extensibility was consistent with the semi-fluid cream. Conclusion: The cream is reasonable and stable in quality. Reflecting simplex rectangular test formula design, the method is simple, suitable for cream formula optimization.
