[目的]调查尤溪县肺吸虫第1、2中间宿主感染率。[方法]检查11个乡镇321只溪蟹和2397个放逸短沟蜷。 [结果]第1中间宿主未发现并殖吸虫尾蚴、子雷蚴;第2中间宿主仅在汤川乡珠建、阳星村和梅仙乡的源湖村检出卫氏并 殖吸虫囊蚴,其感染率分别为51.1%、62.5%和35.7%。[结论]尤溪县肺吸虫第2中间宿主有卫氏并殖吸虫感染

[Objective] To investigate the infection rates of the first and second intermediate hosts of Paragonimus in Youxi County. [Method] Check 321 crabs and 2397 discharge ditches in 11 towns and villages. [Results] No cercariae and crayfish were found in the first intermediate host. The second intermediate host detected Paragonimus westermani metacercaria only in Yuhu Village, Zhujian, Yangxing Village, Meixian Township, The infection rates were 51.1%, 62.5% and 35.7% respectively. [Conclusion] Paragonimus westermani infection was the second intermediate host of paragonimiasis in Youxi County
