目的探讨白细胞、超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原联合检测在新生儿胎粪吸入综合征中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1—12月清远市第二人民医院收治的胎粪吸入综合征患儿48例为研究对象,作为观察组,同时选取同期分娩的健康新生儿50例作为对照组,分别检测其白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白及血清降钙素原,比较两组新生儿各项指标的差异。结果观察组新生儿的白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白及血清降钙素原水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论胎粪吸入综合征患儿在患病早期有比较明显的炎性反应,白细胞、超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原等可以作为早期炎性反应的敏感监测指标,为其准确、快速诊断提供可靠的依据。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of leucocyte, high sensitivity C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome. Methods Forty-eight cases of meconium aspiration syndrome admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Qingyuan City from January to December 2014 were selected as the observation group. Fifty healthy newborns delivered at the same period were selected as the control group, White blood cell count, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum procalcitonin were compared between the two groups of neonatal differences in the indicators. Results The white blood cell count, high sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum procalcitonin in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05). Conclusions Infants with meconium aspiration syndrome have obvious inflammatory reaction in the early stage of the disease. Leukocytes, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and procalcitonin may be used as sensitive indicators of early inflammatory reaction, which is an accurate and rapid diagnosis Provide a reliable basis.
