2000年下半年以来,河北省总工会认真贯彻落实全总“南京会议”的要求,加强宏观指导,强化督促落实,到2002年6月底,全省非公有制企业实行厂务公开的有8000多家,建立职代会制度的达到6000多家,分别占已建会非公有制企业的16%和12%;还有1034家非公有制控股公司设立了职工董事、职工监事制度。 紧紧依靠各级党委的领导。在公有制企业全部实行厂务公开后,河北省总工会将工作的重点和突破口转向非公有制企业厂务公开和建立职代会制度上。今年四月,河北省推行厂务公开暨集体合同工作领导小组召开第四次会议,要求全省推动厂务公开向非公有制企业拓展,积极推进非公有制企业建立职代会制度。各市市委召开动员大会,做出部署或召开现场会具体指导。对全面推进工作的进展起到了重要的保障作用。
