陶行知说过:“道德是做人的根本。根本一环,纵然你有一些学问和本领,也无甚用处。并且,没有道德的人,学问和本领愈大,就为非作恶愈大。”一番话道明了德育在教育体系中的重要地位。其实对于德育工作,长期以来我们不可谓不重视,但是实效性如何呢?——实际生活中我们不得不面对太多的尴尬。随着《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》的颁布,学生的思想道德教育再次成为全社会关注的焦点,有关德育问题的思考重新摆在了我们每一个教育工作者的案头。德育从哪里起步?德育如何走入学生的心灵?德育又该怎样去创造出完满的人格和德性?本文从德性形成的特点和规律入手,提出了提高新时期学校德育工作实效性的三个着力点(途径):活动·环境·反思。

In fact, for the moral education work, we have not valued it for a long time. However, how effective is it? We have to face too many flaws in real life. With the promulgation of the ”Several Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Minors’ Ideological and Moral Construction of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, students’ ideological and moral education has once again become the focus of attention of the whole society. Reflections on the issue of moral education have been placed in every one of our education. Worker’s desk. Where does moral education start? How does moral education enter the student’s mind? How should moral education create perfect personality and morality? This article starts with the characteristics and laws of virtue formation and proposes three ways to improve the effectiveness of school moral education in the new period. Focus points (pathways): activity, environment, reflection.
