将妊娠大鼠95只,分为六组,经口灌入DMF,剂量分别为0.0、89.0、178.0、356.0和508.0mg/kg体重,另设一个阳性对照(敌枯双)组。自妊娠第6～15天染毒,每天一次。结果表明DMF具有胚胎毒性,当剂量达598.0mg/kg体重时,胎鼠全部死亡,胚胎大部分吸收。剂量达356.0mg/kg时,死胎率显著增加。剂量为178.0mg/kg时,引起胚胎吸收率显著增加。DMF未引起任何胎鼠外观和内脏畸形,亦未见骨骼畸形,但剂量达356.0mg/kg时,引起3只胎鼠的头骨和尾骨骨化迟缓。阳性对照敌枯双引起胎鼠典型的外观、内脏和骨骼畸形。
Ninety-five pregnant rats were divided into six groups, and were orally infused with DMF at dosages of 0.0, 89.0, 178.0, 356.0 and 508.0 mg / kg, respectively. A positive control group was also set up. From the first 6 to 15 days of pregnancy, once a day. The results showed that DMF had embryotoxicity. When the dose reached 598.0 mg / kg body weight, all the fetal rats died and most embryos were absorbed. At a dose of 356.0 mg / kg, the stillbirth rate increased significantly. A dose of 178.0 mg / kg resulted in a significant increase in embryo uptake. DMF did not cause any fetal rat appearance and visceral deformity, nor the skeletal deformity, but at a dose of 356.0mg / kg, causing three fetal rat skull and cortical ossification slow. Positive control of the enemy dry double caused a typical fetal appearance, visceral and skeletal deformities.
