Estrone has been identified as an important potential endocrine-disrupting compound,and there is considerable interest in developing analytical methods for analyses involving estrone monitoring and the assurance of human health.Usually,they are present in aqueous samples at low concentrations levels,a simple extraction and preconcentration step is needed prior to measurement.
