Combat capability is the integrated combat capability of an army, which includes manpower, material and intelligence. To put it more specifically, it is the ability to carry out combat and accomplish tasks related to combat and is a composite indicator of the “mass” political quality of military forces, their military accomplishments, and their weapons and equipment and material support.
