乌头硷类药物常用的有川乌、草乌、附子等。中医多用于风湿骨痛,肾阳不足诸症,其毒性常被人们所忽视,时有中毒病例发生。我院自1985年9月至1990年9月共收治4例,为引起同道注意,现报告如下。例1男, 26岁。煎服含川乌6g中药,半小时后出现手足麻木、发冷,心悸。翌日再服6g,症状加重,四肢活动困难入院。无呕吐、腹泻。查:BP16/8kPa。神清,双瞳缩小,心动过缓,双上肢肌力Ⅱ°,双下肢肌力Ⅰ°～Ⅱ°,肌张力减弱,未引出病理反射。血K~+1.6mmol/L,Na~+140mmol/L,Cl~-100mmol/L,血象、肝、肾功能正常。经洗胃,肌注阿托品总量4mg,大量补液、利尿、补钾,应用地塞米松等治疗。当天输液量4000ml,尿量4400ml,静脉补钾8g,口服补钾7.5g。入院2小时后双瞳为
