本文通过对直购行为下企业围绕碳排放权价格的讨价还价过程进行分析,探讨我国现阶段基于项目交易的碳排放权成交价格较低的原因。研究发现,碳排放权市场建设落后和国内外企业信息不对称是造成我国CDM排放权交易价格较低的主要原因。针对上述问题,本文提出了完善我国碳排放权交易市场建设、提升碳排放权交易价格的对策建议。
This article analyzes the bargaining process of enterprises around direct purchase under the circumstance of the price of carbon emission allowance, and discusses the reason why the transaction price of carbon emission right based on project transaction is low at this stage in our country. The study found that the backwardness of the market for carbon emission rights and the asymmetric information of enterprises both at home and abroad are the main reasons for the relatively low price of CDM emissions trading in China. In response to the above problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the construction of China’s carbon emissions trading market and enhance the trading price of carbon emission credits.
