本文应用放射免疫方法,对103例急性脑血管病的胰高血糖素、胰岛素、血糖浓度进行了测定,并根据有无意识障碍及中线症状分为重症出血组,轻症出血组;重症梗塞组;轻症梗塞组及对照组,全部患者均经头部 CT 证实诊断,认为ACVD 造成丘脑—垂体—靶腺轴结构损伤及功能紊乱,导致体内 GI,INS 及 FBG 浓度发生了变化,这种变化与 ACVD 的严重程度有关而与病情性质无关,GI、INS、FBG 升高显著者,病情严重,预后不良。
In this paper, glucagon, insulin, blood glucose levels in 103 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were measured by radioimmunoassay. According to the presence or absence of disturbance of consciousness and midline symptoms, they were divided into severe bleeding group, mild bleeding group, severe infarction group, Mild infarction group and control group, all patients were confirmed by head CT diagnosis, that ACVD caused by hypothalamic - pituitary - target gland axis structure damage and dysfunction, resulting in the body of GI, INS and FBG concentrations have changed, this change and ACVD related to the severity of the condition has nothing to do with the GI, INS, FBG significant increase in those who have a serious condition, the prognosis is poor.
