近年来我国公路建设迅速发展,用于沥青砂石路面热拌用的燃油也随之巨增,所以在沥青行业减少燃油消耗是个急待解决的大问题。国内目前沥青厂的砂石烘干机,由于燃烧室空间有限,使用简陋的燃烧器,大部份燃油没有良好雾化,而且因配风不够合理,所以相当多的燃料油没有完全燃烧。由此造成的热损失高达20%以上。同时,对环境污染十分严重。针对这一问题,北京市煤炭节约办公室、北京市机械工业总公司给我们下达研制项目:在八三年研制成功粉末冶金雾化法的基础上,继续以降低能耗为目的,进行了 BYR 型节油燃烧器的研制工作。经过大量的试验及长时间的
