研究了在1N硝酸介质中用CL-5209萃淋树脂吸附铀(Ⅵ)与分离其它离子的条件。除铀(Ⅵ),钍(Ⅳ)、金(Ⅲ)和少量总稀土能被CL-5209萃淋树脂吸附外,铁(Ⅲ)、钴(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)、银(Ⅰ)、铅(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、钛(Ⅳ)、钙(Ⅱ)、镁(Ⅱ)、钼(Ⅵ)、钒(Ⅴ)、钨(Ⅵ)、钾(Ⅰ)、钠(Ⅰ)、铈(Ⅲ)、锰(Ⅱ)、和铝(Ⅲ)等均不被吸附。吸附的钍(Ⅳ)和少量总稀土可用1:1盐酸溶液淋洗除去以达到与铀(Ⅵ)分离之目的。然后以4-(2-噻唑偶氮)-间苯二酚为显色剂,分光光度测定矿石标准样品中的微量铀。本方法与其它方法的对照结果一致。测定铀的适用范围2×10~(-3)~5×10~(-2)%,实测试样的相对标准偏差<±10%(测定次数n=6),加入回收率96~103%。
The conditions for the adsorption of uranium (Ⅵ) with CL-5209 extraction resin in 1N nitric acid medium and the separation of other ions were studied. In addition to the adsorption of uranium (Ⅵ), thorium (Ⅳ), gold (Ⅲ) and a small amount of total rare earths by CL-5209 extraction resin, Lead (Ⅱ), Zinc (Ⅱ), Cadmium (Ⅱ), Nickel (Ⅱ), Titanium (Ⅳ), Calcium (Ⅱ), Magnesium (Ⅱ), Molybdenum (Ⅵ), Vanadium Potassium (Ⅰ), sodium (Ⅰ), cerium (Ⅲ), manganese (Ⅱ) and aluminum (Ⅲ) are not adsorbed. Adsorbed thorium (Ⅳ) and a small amount of total rare earth can be leached with a 1: 1 hydrochloric acid solution to achieve the purpose of separation with uranium (Ⅵ). Then, trace amounts of uranium in the ore standard samples were determined spectrophotometrically using 4- (2-thiazolylazo) -resorcinol as a chromogenic reagent. This method is consistent with the results of other methods. The determination of the scope of uranium 2 × 10 -3 ~ 5 × 10 -2%, the relative standard deviation of the measured sample <± 10% (the number of measurements n = 6), the recovery rate was 96 to 103% .
