在翻砂造型的时候,为了增加砂型的强度,一般都要在型面上插钉加固,不然容易产生冲砂、起砂等疵病,从而使铸件报废。据初步估计,每吨铸件需要洋钉2～4公斤,有的高达6公斤。但在目前情况下,洋钉供应困难,我车间老工人根据实际经验,试制成功了铸铁洋钉。这不但解决了困难,更重要的是节约了钢材,降底了成本。现在把具体情况介绍如
