以砂培玉米幼苗为材料,研究了酚-Ni复合污染对根、叶细胞膜相对透性的影响;根、叶组织中Ni、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、K、Ca、Mg、P等九种元素的含量以及线粒体、细胞核中Ni含量的变化;根、叶细胞线粒体细胞色素氧化酶活性变化等。结果表明,在显著影响细胞膜透性浓度值的酚-Ni联合作用下,幼苗根、叶细胞膜相对透性较酚、Ni单独作用时明显增大,根、叶组织及线粒体、细胞核中的Ni含量较Ni单独存在时显著增加;除Cu、K、Zn等元素外,其它元素平衡关系变化不大;复合污染还使根、叶细胞线粒体细胞色素氧化酶活性较Ni单独作用进一步降低。
